Shipping Policy

Free Standard Shipping (U.S.)
We offer free standard shipping on all orders placed at contixodrones.com within the United States (excludes U.S. territories and APO/FPO at this time).

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after 12:00 pm PT begin processing the next business day.

  • Preorder/backorder items will ship as noted on the product page.

Transit & Carriers

  • Standard shipping typically arrives in 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • We ship via major carriers (UPS, USPS, or FedEx) based on speed and destination.

  • Expedited options may be available at checkout (fees apply).

Lithium Battery Notice (Drones)

  • Some products include lithium-ion batteries and may be subject to hazmat carrier restrictions that can impact available shipping methods and transit times.

  • We cannot ship certain batteries by air to specific locations.

Order Tracking

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our warehouse.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Address Changes & Delivery

  • Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We’re unable to reroute packages once shipped.

  • For security, signature may be required on high-value orders.

  • If tracking shows Delivered but you cannot locate the package, check with household members and neighbors first, then contact the carrier. While carrier decisions are final, we’ll help where we can.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and contents so we can assist promptly.

PO Boxes & Restricted Locations

  • We can ship to PO Boxes via USPS for select items (some drone/battery shipments are ineligible for PO Boxes).

  • We currently do not ship internationally.

Weather, Holiday, and Carrier Delays

  • Severe weather, peak holiday volumes, and carrier issues may cause delays outside our control. We appreciate your patience.
